01Who we are

Academy Pro (KRS 0001076487, NIP 5252985280, REGON 527239010), registered at Marszałkowska 115/231, Warszawa, Poland, provides marketing, targeting, accounting and training services ("Services").

By purchasing a Service or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our Services.

02Services & orders

Each Service is described on its page, including scope, deliverables and price. Prices are shown in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We will begin work on done-for-you Services after we receive the access and information required to deliver them.

03Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe using Stripe Managed Payments, under which Stripe acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, tax collection and payment compliance on our behalf.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Recurring or subscription-style Services, where offered, renew until cancelled in accordance with their description.

04Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets and information needed to deliver the Service.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Comply with the advertising policies of third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google).

05Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for you become yours upon full payment. Academy Pro retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, training materials and know-how.

Training course content is licensed to you for personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

06Limitation of liability

We deliver Services with professional care but do not guarantee specific commercial results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

07Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts for our registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
